By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:

All products are made based on the measurements provided by the customer. While we take care to craft each item according to these specifications, we do not guarantee a perfect fit in all cases.

Fit may vary depending on individual body shape, proportions, and how measurements are taken. Our designs are based on sporty proportions and may not suit all body types, we mostly base our products on a regularly fit individual with an average body weight.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• A precise fit is not guaranteed
• Variations in body composition (including but not limited to body fat distribution, muscle mass, or proportions) may affect how the product fits
• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements

We strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase if you are unsure about sizing.

Items that do not fit as expected due to body shape, proportions, or incorrect measurements are not eligible for return or refund.

All products sold by Ares Gear are made to order based on customer-selected options, including sizing, colors, and custom adjustments.

• Products are not mass-produced
• Each item is individually crafted upon purchase
• Small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items

• Full payment is required in advance before production begins, we accept bank transfer or Paypal.
• Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
• All sales are final once production begins.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• We do not accept cancellation requests after payment has been processed.

• Estimated production time is up to 30 days
• Production time may vary depending on order volume
• Customers may contact us before purchasing to check current production timelines

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

• We ship worldwide, except to regions where the sale of fetish goods is restricted or prohibited by local laws
• Shipping times vary depending on destination
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  
  Customs & Duties
• All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or refunds

Exceptions:

We will only review claims if:

• The item arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue

In such cases:

• Customers must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery
• We will assess the issue and may offer repair or replacement

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused during shipping (claims must be made with the carrier)

• All prices are listed in EUR (€)
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
•  Base prices apply to all standard sizes (up to XL European). Surcharges may apply for extended or custom sizing to cover additional premium leather and materials.
  

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ares Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
